Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $125 within the continental US only. Orders under $125 (within the contiguous US) ship at a flat rate of $7.95. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship at a flat rate of $14.95, and orders to Canada ship at a flat rate of $25. We do not currently offer International shipping. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your convenience.

Return Policy

We accept returns for a refund to your original form of payment, if made within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery or cannot be returned. To request a return, please send an email to dawna@theindulgentgirl.com. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 can be returned through January 24.
For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured carrier. The Indulgent Girl is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns will be processed after they have been inspected to verify the condition of the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
