Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $100 within the continental US only. Orders under $100 (within the contiguous US) ship at a flat rate of $7.95. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship at a flat rate of $14.95, and orders to Canada ship at a flat rate of $25. We do not currently offer International shipping. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your convenience.

Return Policy
We accept returns for a refund to your original form of payment, if made within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery or cannot be returned. If you would like to make a return, please send an email to dawna@theindulgentgirl.com to request an authorization (RA#) and return address. Include your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured carrier. The Indulgent Girl is not resposible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns will be processed after they have been ispected to verify the condition of the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
